My phone lierally just said 4:30 and all I had to do was hand a no postage necessary, already sealed and addressed 3" x 5" package to the gentlemen who was unloading the Dropbox in the parking lot. He said too late....were closed. His unwillingness to even consider helping or even a cordial respect to consider my needs supports why the USPS is asking for fiscal relief, they have trained their workers to selfisly forget about service. I will pass on the free postage provided by the supplier and gladly pay for good service from another carrier. Service is worth the price,
On Monday of this week, this post office had a package to deliver to me containing a book and two metal adapters. I received a notice that the package was out for delivery. It didn't make it. My note from Amazon the next day told me that the package was damaged so badly that it could not be delivered. This afternoon we had a visit from our neighbor who had 2 pieces of our mail in her box and our mail box contained 6 pieces of mail addressed to her. She also had 4 pieces of mail from her neighbor on another street Whitman our neighbor and I live on Westcott lane. When I left a review before the postmaster suggested that I always call her. I called her there was no answer it rang approximately 11 times and then a shrill beep came on no voicemail this was at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Sorry to keep complaining because the staff is so nice but this is the third time I complained about this same situation in the past few months.
