We have been taking our sweet baby there for several years. Since this new owner took over, twice now we have been treated hatefully and he has been very short with both my husband and myself. So, if he's this hateful with us how is he treating our dog??? I'm done with him. Back to Petsmart, at least they know how to treat their customers without being hateful.
Full disclosure, I have not taken my dog to Animal House for grooming. I called to inquire about what they offer and pricing. On three separate occasions during the call, the man I spoke with mentioned how long other people have had appointments, that 40 people are already booked for this time next year and that there is a waiting list of 30+ for this week. That’s wonderful and I’m glad business is going well for you, but it was extremely condescending. I was in no hurry for an appointment and was happy to take one next week. I simply asked if there was a waiting list in case of a cancellation. I was scoffed at and told there were 30 ahead of me. After that, I thought, I’ll find another place that is kind and welcoming to a new client. First impressions are everything and this one was not good.

My Schnauzer is hard to get along with but Animal house has no problem with Solo good people.
By far the best grooming experience in Nolensville. Alan will bend over backwards for a customer. And they have a great self dog wash station.
