Very happy with my experience. My first visit was prompted by an acute back injury and they worked me into their schedule right away. After just a couple treatments and exercise recommendations I was headed in the right direction. They did a thorough job and followed up with me multiple times.
I've been going to Dr. Elson for a couple months and feel so much better. He has helped me with lower back issues/arthritis, shoulder strain and sciatica. He really takes time to understand the issues I'm having and do a thorough exam, asks for feedback during adjustments. Great experience.
After going there for over 2 yrs, ONE time I have to reschedule an appt. 18 hr before my appt. (I ALWAYS gave a weeks notice if I Need to change an appt., except for this time) & I get a nasty text stating he would change it, but next time he would not! THEN I ask for my records (bc I'm not going back to somewhere being treated as I was) to be changed to another Dr. & being give the run-around to get them. WOW!!!! Can't believe someone would get so bent out of shape over a schedule change. Small practice & will be even smaller if he keeps treating people like that!
After trying out different Chiropractors in Middle Tennessee, my husband and I agree, Dr.Elson's the best there is! He really takes time to work on your physical issues and you never feel rushed out of his office. My physical health has improved as a result of his therapy. Highly recommend him!
