These guys are sharks, shoddy work at premium prices. They promise to take care of items that should have been better quality to begin with, then spend months passing you around to different people. My house has walls that are clearly not level, the deck needs to be rebuilt (the stair sways like it'll collapse if my kids walk on them), heater's overflow tank was not the correct size and had to be replaced, HVAC was cheap rubbish that I've had to repair multiple times, termites were found in the yard where they were supposed to have treated, the list goes on. Warranty is a joke, they'll pretend that they'll take care of everything, then try and charge you to do a patch-job of something that needs actual corrective measures.
